Our view Methodology & approach
 

As mentioned earlier our approach is holistic, we look at internal capabilities, & vision, we look at significant external environmental issues which has impact on the market an the brand performance and lastly we develop critical consumer and market insights through market studies.

We use multiple research methods including typical quantitative and qualitative research; we rely on observation method for gathering behavioral information. Trade opinions forms an integral part of our any brand related research. Secondary information gives us the necessary background and impetus, besides all these, we also rely on expert view and case study method for assessment. We use all these creatively to optimize our rigorous information gathering process.

The concept generation process is mostly result of brainstorming, mind mapping and other lateral thinking techniques, besides using our previous experience.
