We generally kick start the process with a one day session with the top management or brand custodians of the organization, This involves discussions based on structured guidelines. It helps us to generate hypotheses, zero in on specific information source and tools and techniques and define scope of our work.
The second phase of the project involves market and consumer research and other information gathering, collation and analysis.
The third phase of the project is to do with concept generation, distillation and selection of the value proposition platform. We prefer to take consumer opinion on the value platform for quick validation. In the last phase we present our strategy recommendation to the brand custodians of the company.
